Job Description Summary
General Office Administration Support includes: •Entering data or performing word processing work in support of local office or function-specific business processes •Coordinating the logistics for office events •Coordinating the logistics for office moves (e.g., moving office furniture, packing files, etc.) •Providing back-up support for reception/switchboard or the mailroom An Experienced Para-Professional (S2) requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: • Works under moderate supervision. • Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
