Job Description Summary
Manufacturing Mechanical Equipment Technician work focuses on devising, fabricating, installing, calibrating, testing, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components including: •Assisting mechanical engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of mechanical devices and systems •Installing, calibrating, repairing, and upgrading components of mechanical manufacturing devices and systems •Devising, fabricating, and assembling new or modified mechanical components for manufacturing machinery and equipment •Conducting quality assurance/control tests and procedures An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. • Work is routine or follows standard procedures. • Work is closely supervised. • Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
The purpose of the position is to support the Mechanical Technician in the tasks associated with the processes of reception, disarmament, evaluation, assembly, preparation and dispatch of components and /or equipment, in accordance with the procedures, standards and technical guidelines of H-E Parts, complying with the policy of Quality, Safety and Environment and the provisions of the Internal Regulations of Order, Hygiene and Safety, understanding the importance of its management in the production process and maintaining an attitude of service.
