Field Service Technician work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations including: ?Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment ?Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions ?Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced ?May provide onsite training for customer support personnel A SeniorPara-Professional(S3) requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: ? Works under limited supervision for routine situations. ? Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. ? Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.

H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and part of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, we have branches in WA and Queensland, as well as remote teams based in NSW and Victoria. 


We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter and/ or Boilermaker with Supervisory experience to join our Orange Field Service Division on a permanent basis.

To be considered for this position you should have: -

  • Extensive Crusher and Crusher component experience essential.
  • Possess a high regard for workshop & field service safety.
  • Willing to service clients in regional areas, who have above normal working hours.
  • Able to do overtime as required.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work in a team environment and unsupervised as required.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment.
  • Current Forklift ticket - (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Basic dogging/rigging - (or willing to obtain)
  • Confined space - (or willing to obtain)
  • Working at heights - (or willing to obtain)

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years site experience and possess a trade qualification in either Mechanical Fitting or Boilermaking.
