H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing and equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and a member of the Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd.  We have branches in WA, Queensland, NSW and Victoria. 


We are seeking an experienced, friendly and capable Receptionist to join our team at our Naval Base office.  This permanent full time position is responsible for attending to the reception duties and general office management.


Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Attending to reception duties including answering internal and external calls, taking messages and greeting visitors
  • General administration duties to ensure the office runs smoothly including; Banking, Mail, Errands etc.
  • Monitoring staff movements and updating Intranet
  • Assisting internal teams with administrative tasks, data entry and other duties as required
  • Organising meeting rooms ensuring sufficient refreshments and stocks are available
  • Management of Petty Cash
  • Organise internal functions including morning teas, bbqs and corporate lunches
  • Maintain the office stock and staff amenities including stationary, toners and shopping


Our ideal candidate will be experienced in reception and general administrative tasks, have a friendly, positive and flexible attitude, have fantastic people skills for dealing with internal and external customers, along with the ability to work both unsupervised and to take direction.  Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint are necessary for this role.
